The topic of Self-Care can mean many different things. Yes, it is taking care of yourself, but there is much more to that. It is an important thing to know about self-care. It is most important to know that self-care is ~For you, and by you. It's about identifying your own needs and taking steps to meet them. It is taking the time to do some of the activities that nurture you. Self-care is about taking proper care of yourself and treating yourself as kindly as you treat others. If you're constantly being rude to others around you, it is likely that you will fail at taking care of yourself mentally and spiritually, so try to be genial.
